В некоторых местах номера были пятна на стене, хотелось бы что-то с этим сделать

Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, это круто! Кровать не большая, подушки очень маленькие, вторую подушку выдали под запрос. Отличный завтрак, включенный в стоимость, с 4мя видами на выбор (один раз подстроились и сделали его в 11 часов!). Вежливые сотрудники! Вообще довольно хороший вариант для короткой поездки, особенно на фоне остальных 🙌

24-hour reception is great! The bed is quite small, the pillow was also small, I asked for the second one. The included breakfast is excellent, with four options to choose from (they even made it at 11 a.m. once as an exception!). The staff is friendly! Overall, it's a pretty solid option for a short trip, especially compared to other options. 🙌
Номер не очень просторный, но уютный, ванная комната тоже небольшая, механизм подъема зеркала и держатель туалетной бумаги были сломаны. Оставались 3 ночи, но полотенца за это время не меняли, уборка вроде как под запрос. Расположение далековато от центра, ближайшее метро далеко, но рядом банк, вещевые и продуктовые магазины. Разрешили оставить вещи, я забыла колу в холодильнике, вернулась, а её уже выпили, но это мелочи) Чемоданы пришлось поднимать на второй этаж в ручную...

The room wasn't very spacious, yet cozy. The bathroom was also small, and the mirror mechanism and toilet paper holder were broken. We stayed for 3 nights, but the towels weren't changed, cleaning was supposedly done on request. The location is a bit far from the center, the nearest metro station is far away, but there's a bank, clothing and grocery stores nearby. They let us leave the luggage at the reception. I forgot my Zero Coke in the fridge and returned for it, however it was half drunk by someone, but that's not a big deal) You will have to carry suitcases up to the second floor by hand...

Отличный и внимательный персонал, девушки очень внимательные и бережные
Был кондиционер в комнате. Он не очень хорошо работал, но хотя бы был
Все остальное не очень хорошо:
1. Запах в комнате. Не могла понять, что это. Благо, плесени не было, но запах был неприятный
2. Душ был со слабым напором, приходилось ждать горячую воду
3. Кондиционер был слабый
4. Сантехника не в очень хорошем состоянии
5. Грязный пол
6. Не очень комфортное местоположение
7. Слабый вайфай, невозможно работать
