Cheap is cheap for a reason

Very close to shops like a pizzeria, gas station, and grocery store.

There was dirty dishes left in the dishwasher upon arrival. The main stairs to access the upper units was very dangerous, a steep angle with worn stairs and loose handrail and one of the units was smoking weed indoors and stunk up the main stairway/ hallway. The unit itself was ok, the support bar in the shower was loose and fell out. There is laundry services available however it's a small washer and costs $2.00 a wash and the dryer costs $1.75 with no change machine. The unit is pet friendly but there is no enclosed areas for the dogs or designated pet bathroom area.

Great value, location was just what I needed

The Booking.com system made it very difficult to find the info needed to 1) find the unit (the street address), and 2) find the "check in" link that provided a keycode. Not the fault of the folks renting the unit. Weather was warm, and the A/C in the unit had difficulty keeping up, the unit was fairly warm in the late afternoons.

Great value, location was just what I needed
