well stocked with kitchen utensils, linen, and towels
could have used a more thorough cleaning before arrival: moldy coffee filter; food scraps on counter behind microwave; dirty under couch and beds
Television service terrible; technician came for tv service but left with dish tv connection to only 1 tv--no ESPN on dish subscription
able to watch bowl games using playstation brought by us; internet not capable of handling electronics of 7 adults and 5 teenagers

Beautiful Brian Head, Utah! The cabin has a private setting and is conveniently located. It was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed from our vacation.

The view from the cabin was beautiful!! We had a wonderful time at this mountain retreat. It has such a nice, cozy cabin feel while being plenty spacious enough for our two family groups. Everyone had somewhere to go whether they wanted to read in quiet, a game with others, or just hang out and chill as the three floor set up allows for that flexibility. I loved the large mudroom in the basement entrance. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well stocked for all of our needs, great place and location to stay and enjoy a Brian Head! We will definitely be back.

Overall great place to stay. Did not have basic toiletries such as shampoo or body wash comparable to other stays but had everything else. The place takes a while to heat up since the cabin is large and heating boards are mediocre. The ride to the cabin from the main street is not feasible unless you have snow chains during winter months. My 4x4 diesel truck could not make it up after a night of snowing.

Great cabin, central location. Plenty of room for two families with 5 kids total.

Great cabin, everything you could need, very reasonably priced. You do need 4wd to make it the last bit of the way to the cabin.

Location is great and the house is nice

Be prepared! We all had a blast!
It snowed most of our three night stay and the snow was up to the deck. The front FWD Mazda almost didn't make up the mountain and driveway. All our other vehicles had AWD vehicles and required chains to get up into the driveway.
Would recommend the cabin to anyone.

We came for a snowy weekend getaway with our son and another family. The kids loved sledding just a mile down the mountain near the resort. The view from the cabin was beautiful and peaceful. Cleanliness is a big deal for me and the place was well maintained. We cooked and stayed in by the fire. The ground floor was perfect for the kids and even had a ping pong table. Be sure to have 4 wheel drive or chains/auto socks for your car in the snow. We slid down the hill and also got stuck in a snow bank but luckily had the auto socks to get us out. Take that part of the listing seriously in winter months! Also a HUGE sheet of snow/ice came off the house so don’t park underneath it. The only downside is the mattresses are very soft and not kind on an adult back but that’s just my preference. I would love to stay here once a year and make this my go to location in Brian Head. Highly recommend!

The cabin was clean with everything you need to stay, with plenty of room! The location is great while tucked in the trees and quiet still close to the resort.
The property owner was very quick to respond!
We would definately choose this cabin again!

We had a wonderful time at this mountain retreat. It has such a nice, cozy cabin feel while being plenty spacious enough for our two family groups. Everyone had somewhere to go whether they wanted to read in quiet, game with others, or just hang out and chill as the three-floor setup allows for that flexibility. I loved the large mudroom in the basement entrance. There is plenty of room to get ready for the snow or to come back in and get rid of all the snow gear. There are enough benches to sit on and plenty of hooks for jackets and gear. We were able to stay warm and comfortable in all areas of the cabin. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well stocked for all of our needs. Great place and location to stay and enjoy Brian Head!

Property is wonderful! We had 3 families and the layout of the house is great because there are 3 different hang out areas. The kitchen is well stocked with pans/dishes which made it nice for cooking in. My favorite thing was to light up the small flocked Christmas tree on the main floor! What a nice touch! This property has a great location, not far from the ski slopes! Our kids also loved to sled down the road, which was very fun! The large mud room on the bottom floor was perfect for all of our boots and ski stuff. Overall, an awesome winter vacation in this home! Chris was very prompt in answering all of my questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! It was a vacation to remember for sure. Tips for the area: Rent from George's ski shop because it is cheaper than the resort and they are SO NICE there (Hint: rent the day before so you can get on the mountain promptly the next day!). Buy tickets online and in advance for cheaper tickets. Snowmobiling was also sooooo beautiful and FUN through Thunder Mountain. If you want an adventure, try it! It was a vacation to remember for sure! I would not hesitate one second to book this property again.

My family and I stayed in the cabin over Christmas and had an amazing white Christmas. The owner placed a small but beautiful Christmas tree in the living room area for us to enjoy. The cabin is well stocked with everything we needed. Its location was perfect! Just a 2 min drive to the Navaho ski resort. We loved this place. Highly recommend it!

I have stayed in many VRBO properties throughout the country and have never felt more deceived than I did with this property in Brian Head. The pictures, property description and price would make you believe it is an upscale cabin "newly renovated" and with large rooms for a big group. Nothing could be further than the truth. In addition, there were many dangerous conditions in the property resulting in both my wife and grand daughter being injured. The advertisement should have read, "partially renovated". The deck railing was only partially complete, creating a very dangerous condition, including sharp edges causing injury to my granddaughter. The entrance to the front door was in disrepair causing my wife and grand son to both fall trying to get to the deck. The furniture on the deck was old and broken, the grill was disgustingly dirty, and even after the owner sent someone to clean it, is was unusable. There was no heat in the basement, and it was cold at night. The main floor room was very small and the couch was very old and uncomfortable. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with foam rubber pads on top resulting in a very uncomfortable sleep. The shower in the main floor bathroom was one of the small ones not providing room to bend over. The cabin is on three levels, making it great if you want to be separated from your other guests, but very inconvenient with all of the stairs. I have to say that the cabin was very clean, and was sufficiently stocked. The very
high per night price also made me think the cabin would be very nice, similar to other high end cabins we have stayed in. If you are looking for an old cabin, with old furniture that you don't have to worry about and you are not going to spend much time inside, and don't care about a good night's sleep, you could be fine, but if you want a nice place to relax, do not waste your time on this property.

The property was well maintained and perfect for our group. We will definitely return to the property in the future. Communication was great and the house was well stocked. If you cook, you may want to bring plastic wrap and foil, but other than that it had everything we needed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous cabin in Brian Head. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Plenty of room for the kids and adults to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. Very close to ski resort to run the teens over and then take a lunch to them at lunch time. The younger kids could sled right out of the cabin in driveway. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. All the hooks for the snow clothes were perfect! We all enjoyed the fire place in the evening while playing games. A perfect cozy cabin in the woods

This house is RIGHT by the slopes. It is laid out well, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, appliances, spices, etc.—anything you would ever need, really. My group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed their long weekend here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook for 7 people. The bigsinig room allowed us towards together and play lots of games. The shower and tub were really nice as well.
It was a bit of a challenge to get up to the house, but we eventually made it with snow chains. And then we enjoyed the winter wonderland view while sitting by the fireplace.
Chris was very responsive when we had questions. Oh, and an added bonus was the ample firewood available at the house. Thanks, Chris, for everything

Property was great, very comfortable for our large family. We loved the fireplace and the freshly fallen snow was beautiful. Chris was very responsive and helpful. The advice about needing the 4wd is accurate for sure, as is the promptness of plows coming through. We'd love to come stay again sometime!

Chris was super responsive and helpful. The beds were comfy :) the railing on the upstairs patio was broken and very dangerous. We couldn’t let the kids play out there on the patio. The railing needs to be fixed ASAP.

We had a wonderful time staying here and loved how the cabin is tucked away a bit so that it feels more private and peaceful while still being near the things we wanted to see and do. The rooms are not huge but the layout is so good that it never feels small or crowded. The kids said the whole place was adorable and looked just how a cabin in the woods should look! The owner, Chris, was extremely nice and helpful, and very quick to respond to any message that we sent. We hope to stay here again!
