Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit Blick in die Berge. Wir hatten eine Badewanne im Raum und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch die Anlage war sauber und modern. Der Poolbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab Liegebetten und sah ebenfalls luxuriös aus.
Das Personal war für kretische Verhältnisse nicht so freundlich. Man hatte eher das Gefühl sie beantworten Fragen, weil sie es müssen, nicht, weil sie es wollen. Was ich sehr schlecht fand war die Ausgabe von Strandhandtüchern. Bei einem Strandhotel sollte man meinen jeden oder jeden zweiten Tag neue Strandhandtücher zu erhalten. Dort sagte man uns jedoch schroff, dass es nur einmal die Woche welche gäbe. Das waren wir aus anderen Hotel überhaupt nicht gewohnt. Da besteht definitiv Verbesserungspotential.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Rien à dire. Tout a été parfait : l’emplacement, le logement, la propreté des lieux. La plage est à proximité immobile de la plage. Nous avons été ravis de séjourner dans cet Hôtel. Je le recommanderai à mes proches.
