The location is amazing. Right at beach. Me and family enjoyed snorkeling along the shoreline, and were able to spot a bunch of cute fishes. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. Great place for families! Must visit!
Breakfast should've been included in the price we payed for the suite. Also, restraunt could have more options and variety.

It’s accessible to elders as you can park near the villas
Most expensive suite’s bathroom has sewer smell that management already knew days before we checked in but wasn’t able to remedy during our 4 days stay. Wireless internet speed was inconsistent and was down a few times.

Overall, we had a good 3-day, 2-night stay as a family of 4. The food was good, and the dining staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations for activities and local food. Even though weather constraints limited our activities, the ambiance was very relaxing. We initially booked a room with a terrace but were kindly informed it was near the parking lot and might be noisy, so we changed to the garden view room, which was much better and provided a nice view.
Our stay was otherwise fine, but the checkout experience ruined it due to a complete lack of empathy from the staff. During the room inspection, the staff found a small stain on the bedsheet. My daughter had unexpectedly started her very first period that morning. We explained to the front desk that this was an unavoidable, unintentional biological accident. While we understand hotels have rules, we expected management to use basic discretion and human understanding for a child's medical emergency. Instead, they strictly enforced a 500 PHP cleaning fee without a second thought. This is not about the money, but about the total lack of consideration and best judgment. Penalizing a guest over a sensitive, unavoidable accident feels incredibly rigid and cold. Good hospitality requires empathy, which this management completely lacked.
