Customer service and care is absolutely perfect, it doesn't really get better than this all thanks to the caring hostess Nara.
It really does feel like home here and it's a stay I'd miss. From first reception and check-in warm smooth and friendly, to the great customer service during my stay, and then the easy smooth check-out
Everything was super clean, organized and professional.
Great value for your money
I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, home vibes and affordability

The owner and staff are kind and helpful. Answered all my questions about the city and gave directions. The food was tasty.

clean beds and shower.
there is grocery store near the hotel.
there no elevator! and nobody helped up with luggage!
very far from city center.
they didn't serve breakfast and despite there was an oven in kitchen they didn't let us to enter the kitchen and told us you can't cock anything.
we stayed for 3 nights and they didn't give us new towels and asked extra money for new towels!
there wasn't enough shower gel and soup!
they stand in front of door to checkout right at 12!
