The room was clean and the cleaning lady was coming on a daily basis to change the towers and take the garbage. The bed was great. The metro is right in front of the building so it's very easy to use. The place is far from the main attractions if you want to walk but it's a vivid neighborhood and a quiet room at night
The office was too small so if you are travelling for work it's not easy to work except if you go out of the room. The place is far from the main attractions if you want to walk (about an hour) but the metro is right in front of the building and it's very easy to use

The place is good for solo travelers that are just looking for a room like a semi hotel style to accommodate their stay in rome. Location wasn’t that good to be honest but it works well for people who are used to using the metro for transfers.
The space is small and the building was a residential building with one flat on the second floor that is turned into a small like 4 airbnb hotel rooms, the bathroom was very small too and the mattress was not comfortable. They provide you with 2 small water bottles when you check in but then you will have to get some more for the days you’ve booked because they don’t offer it the second days and forward. One important thing to mention is that theres no sound proof at all, you can hear everything from above below and same level neighbors.
