Ho trovato l’appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e con un ottimo livello di pulizia. Ho apprezzato soprattutto la posizione, per me fondamentale: essere a due passi da casa di mia figlia ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Estancia perfecta! Está cerca de la estación de tren Tiburtina. Por lo que desde el aeropuerto puedes coger un tren directo y te deja en la misma estación y después son 10 minutos o menos andando hasta el apartamento. Además, hay restaurantes y una heladería cerca del mismo.
El propietario fue muy amable y atento a la hora de hacer el check-in y el check-out. El apartamento no es en el edificio 36 donde deja la ubicación, sino hay que dar unos pocos pasos más hacia abajo en la misma calle y pasar una especie de huerta y ya se ve la reja de hierro que da al edificio. En uno de los porterillos te indica que ahí se encuentra el apartamento AlbaDea. El edificio tiene ascensor.
Habitación limpia, moderna, cómoda, bien acondicionada y todo cuidado al detalle. En el baño hay botecitos de gel y champú, secador, cafetera y botellas de agua frías en la nevera. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

El balcon es ideal para relajarse tranquilo despues de un dia de pasear por Roma, el jacuzzi super comodo, amplio y relajante.
Seria bueno que el lugar ofrezca el desayuno
