There was no breakfast. There was. Very weak coffee in the office generally, this place is very accommodating.
No hot water in the bathroom sink. The shower was very weak.

Well maintained property. Lots of ways to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We were maybe 50 yards from a beautiful creek. Lots of chairs, hammocks, picnic tables.
They have a great disc golf course on site. It's very challenging as you go up and down the mountain. If you're in excellent condition it will be a great time. We were only able to complete 1/2 of the course. Next time we will be motivated to get in better shape to enjoy our stay even more.
