We loved everything about our stay. The location and home away from home was perfect! The water was beautiful and the ferry back and fourth was easy to communicate with. Captain Michael was the best. Kristin is wonderful. She was available when needed and made the check in and out process so easy. Her recommendation on who to use for grocery delivery worked out perfect and helped our first night to go smooth. We will definitely be back

The unit is beautiful, clean, with great views. The bridgeless island is not for everyone- a unique experience of quiet, old Florida. No cars, crowds, stores, or restaurants, and miles of often empty beach. The private ferry runs every hour during the day to enjoy the local restaurants and activities on the mainland. Kristin was a very responsive host.

This condo was recently renovated and the owners have excellent taste. The master bedroom was so comfortable we asked about where it was purchased so we could get this bed for home. Kristin was very easy to work with and answered all our question promptly and thoroughly. Her app of the condo/island was very helpful for information like the ferry schedule, golf cart rentals and local restaurants. You can literally see the Gulf from every room in the Condo and we enjoyed manners from the lanai overlooking the beach. We will rent either this condo or the owners second condo in Placida Beach on one of our next beach vacations.

Stayed at this beautiful place in March. Was perfect! Beautifully and comfortably decorated. Well stocked with everything you might need. Kristin thinks of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. She is not just the owner with renters instead you feel like you are a guest in her home. She makes you feel so welcome. Cant wait to come back next year !
