House was spotlessHeat and a/c worked perfectly. I have rented many houses in Frankfort/ Beulah, this one is located between about half way.

The place is very nice and great location for the Ironman. The only thing I would say is that the signage to the property could be better.

The house has everything we needed for our weekend stay for “girls weekend “. Would stay here again. Only suggestion would be to mark the driveway better so first time visitors can find it easier. Great communication with owner.

We stayed here for the ironman triathlon (two of us competed). It was a convenient location and very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
