We loved the proximity to the Metro, with Oriente station and Parque das Nações in easy reach. The apartment is nicely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a good sized lounge with air conditioning. It virtually had all we needed for a weekend in the city. And it was surprisingly quiet. Don't judge by the exterior and surroundings.
The lights both in the bathroom and the kitchen could be better. It's just cold white ceiling lights, with no ambient light fixtures, so it's not what you would call a cozy atmosphere. This could, however, easily be improved.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia. O apartamento está muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da estação de metro de Olaias e do Centro Comercial Spacio, o que torna muito fácil deslocarmo-nos e ter acesso a comércio e serviços.
O apartamento estava muito bem equipado, limpo e confortável, proporcionando tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia agradável.
Como único ponto menos positivo, o apartamento encontra-se integrado numa zona residencial que, apesar de não nos ter causado qualquer problema, poderá não transmitir a mesma sensação de segurança e tranquilidade a todos os hóspedes, sobretudo à noite.
De resto, foi uma estadia muito agradável e recomendamos o alojamento.

The location was perfect for us since we had to be at LAV. It’s also very close to the mall so super convenient. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the stay.

The location is not near the city centre but it is just a 3min walk to the metro and bus station. It is easy to access.
2 metro stops to a big shopping centre.
Clean and enough space for a group of 4 people.
The host informed us just one day in advance that the air-con was broken. Even the host offered me the option to cancel and receive a refund, but it was impossible for me to find alternative accommodation at the same budget on such short notice. Disappointed on no discount / partial refund for the air-con was broken.
The pillow is too flat, and the mattress is a bit hard. No air-con inside the bedrooms and it is just 1 in the living/dining room.
