Nestled in Stowe, this lovely house for $325 per night is a great option for your next trip. Your family will enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious condo in the heart of Stowe Village. The condo sit on the river. **Ask about our pet policy** Walk from your front door to all that the village has to offer. Fine restaurants, unique shops and coffee. One block from the Stowe Shuttle, The Stowe Rec Path and hiking and mountain biking trails. There are 3 floors, three bedrooms with hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, fireplace, 2 parking spots and a 55” smart tv. Enjoy time on the porch overlooking The Little River. The condo has been newly refurbished with hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, new appliances, wood burning fireplace, 55" Smart TV, laundry room, air condition. Enjoy cocktails sitting on the balcony overlooking the Little River. Two parking spaces are provided. Fully equipped kitchen, half bath and open dining and den area with 55" Smart tv make up the main floor. Bottom floor has two bedrooms that each have a toilet and vanity room that provides privacy for each bedroom with a shared tub/shower room between these two private vanity areas. Pocket doors on each side of the tub/shower room will provide privacy for guest bedroom or master bedroom occupants. Master bedroom has king bed with tv with window overlooking the Little River. Guest bedroom has queen bed with large window. Nice setup for three couples or family. The loft area has a queen bed with sky light

This property was exactly as described. We were a family of four plus a senior dog, and there was room for all. The kitchen, bathrooms, and condo in general, were well equipped. We would have enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the river if only it had been a little warmer...not the host's fault though! Right next door to a grocery store, and walking distance to "downtown" Stowe. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Family.

We had a great long weekend getaway in Stowe. The condo was perfect and located in the greatest spot, right on Main Street. It was the perfect home base. We had EVERYTHING we needed.

The location of the rental property was very convenient. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Our only complaint is that there is only 1 shower. The property is listed as 3 bathrooms which there is 3 toilets but only 1 shower.

Property is in a great location. Less than 2 minute walk from Stowe’s mainstream. Property was clean and was just what needed for the weekend. Make sure to message the host for his list of instructions and things to do in Stowe before arrival. Great recos!

We rented this the night before we dropped our oldest off at college and it was so perfect! The condo is so welcoming - it felt like home! I messaged the owner because I didn’t get the wi fi password and he messaged me and also called me right away to make sure I got it! He also gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery so we were able to just relax and spend time together! Would definitely recommend this rental!!! Beautiful views as well!

Great location in the heart of Stowe and a very comfortable place to stay. There was a packet with outdated instructions (since the place had recently changes owners), but communication with the host to resolve issues was incredibly fast.

We chose to stay here during UVM’s commencement weekend and were very happy with the location, the setup and overall experience. The condo had everything we needed. The location close to town in Stowe was great, especially Mac’s market right next door. The check-in process was flawless and the host was very responsive. Overall an excellent experience.

Had a great first visit to Stowe, located conveniently to walk town, short drive to Stowe resort (ski in/out is NOT necessary!) and walk next door for groceries. Owner Ann communicated clearly and responded to all questions. Definitely hits the ‘easy button’. Would definitely stay again.

The location in the middle of town was perfect. It was within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the mountain road bus stop to the ski resort. The wood burning fireplace was also wonderful and the views of the river were very scenic.

I hate to leave a review like this because the owner was kind, responsive, and apologetic but it seems only reasonable that renters know what they’re walking into. Let’s start with the pros: The location was wonderful! We were on the edge of the lower village with restaurants, shops, and shuttle within easy walking distance. If location is your top priority, this might be a perfect option. The property was spacious for a family and had a beautiful view off the back porch. The owner was eager to provide whatever assistance she could from afar. Cons: The property was not clean. We’ve stayed in dozens of rental properties and, with the number of positive reviews, I was shocked with the state of this property. I’ll caveat this by saying the owner did explain she’s been having trouble with the cleaning service but regardless, if cleanliness is important to you, this may not be the place for you. I’ll list a few things that stood out to us: We walked into a dishwasher full of dirty dishes from the previous guests. There was spilled coffee on the kitchen floor. Cooking utensils in the drawers had old food caked onto them. There were dead bugs on the kitchen windowsill. A used bar of soap and nearly empty travel containers of personal hygiene items were left in the shower. Duvets smelled musty and unclean. It appeared to us that there were layers of dust and grime in many places throughout the house. Upon our departure, I did receive a message from the owner that the manager of the cleaning company would be checking on the property. She also mentioned a deep cleaning happening in spring so hopefully this issue will be resolved. I had seen another review that touched on the dinginess of this property but because of the multiple five star reviews, I decided to take the gamble. While I appreciate the sentiment from the owner, I would not stay here again.

River Walk is a great location for a stay in Stowe Village!
You can walk everywhere, take the bus to the Mountain, and enjoy the rec path, which is just a short walk away. It is particularly nice on a cold night to be able to stroll to dinner and back. The condo is fully equipped and very comfortable! I will be a returning guest!

Love the little river view behind condo. 15 min ride to Stowe for skiing but quick walk to town for restaurants and shops. Convenient market next door. Happy we could bring our dog. Two bedrooms downstairs with shared tub/shower and open loft bedroom on third floor. Enjoyed flights of cider at Cold Hollow cider and dinner at The Whip in town. We hope to be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The condo was a short drive to the Stowe ski resort. It was also great to be within walking distance to the grocery store and shopping. There were five of us so it was great to have 3 separate toilet/sink rooms. We made it work with the one shower. The view of the creek and snow covered spruce trees from the living room was breathtaking. We would certainly stay here again when in Stowe.

My family members stayed here for a ski trip. The unit accommodated them well and proximity to the bus stop was very good, as they did not have a car. It was very convenient to walk across the parking lot to Macs Market for grocery items, but it is pricey. A handful of good restaurants and bars in the area, although the real attraction is for skiing. The owner/property manager was a huge help in helping coordinate transportation to/from the airport too. It was a very nice trip and we are glad we chose this property.

This was a great location, in the heart of downtown and is on the river! It worked perfect for our family of 5. The home was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was amazing and Ann was so helpful! We look forward to staying again!!!

We enjoyed staying in this condo which was super close to the center of Stowe. We could walk to the downtown in just a couple of minutes. It was very comfortable and had all the comfy touches of home. We loved the view of the river and mountain from the deck overlooking the river. A great place to vacation year round.

We visited before Christmas and the weather did not disappoint. The views from the back of the townhome are gorgeous, there is a large creek and large trees on a hill which were snow covered. The view was spectacular and the location was great for walking downtown and dining. It is important to note, that there is actually one Jack and Jill bathroom and a 1/2 bath. I know it is a VRBO limitation when describing the property. there is actually only one shower/tub combination and 3 vanities and toilets . The owners were great with communication, and minor problem-solving. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The fireplace is a great touch and we purchased firewood from the grocery store literally 50 yards from the front door. The only comment I would make is that the unit is pretty outdated as far as the Decour. And the cleaning service could probably do a better job. But the couches and beds are very comfortable. There are ample towels and linens, and a full-size washer and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay as a family of four adults

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Anns condo . It was perfect in every way. The kitchen is well stocked and absolutely everything we needed was there for our use . The beds were very comfy and the living room reclining furniture was the best! The view of the river was lovely as well . Macs Market was so convenient and had a nice produce assortment , groceries, wine selection and sandwich counter. We loved walking to the town shops as well.
Ann was a fabulous host , I left an item behind and reached out to her to let her know . Her response was immediate and she graciously offered to ship the item to me with no charge for postage!

Everything was 100% better than described or imagined. Right in town. Walk to restaurants and shops. Grocery store right next door. Property is on 3 floors with the bedrooms on the bottom and top floors. Comfy bed, hot shower, and all the amenities of practically any home. Small deck off the back over looks river. Easy parking within steps of the front door. The worst part about it was leaving. It made our trip even better than imagined.
