About this house rental

Located in Avondale Estates, this attractive house for $132 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Enjoy a comfortable stay at this impeccable home professionally designed with all-new furnishings! It’s a short distance from the restaurants and amenities of both downtown Decatur and downtown Avondale Estates. The property is located across the street from the PATH Foundation bike trail with access to the Beltline, Stone Mountain Park, Avondale MARTA, and much more. Easy access to Emory University and Emory Hospitals, Agnes Scott College, Columbia Seminary. Two bicycles included! The property is a two bedroom townhome with one and a half baths and a full kitchen. There is a computer desk cubby in the living room. There is a deck in the fenced backyard with a table and four chairs; two free parking spaces are in front of the home. The entire home is available to guests. This home is an attached townhome in a townhome community that lies about halfway between downtown Decatur and downtown Avondale Estates. Both Decatur and Avondale Estates have vibrant business districts and many cute and trendy restaurants. The unit is on a popular bike path that goes to the west out to the Beltline park and to the east to Stone Mountain park. Two bicycles are in a shed in the back yard. Two helmets and a tire pump are in the coat closet downstairs. Welcome! Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces directly in front of the townhouse. Please use only these. IA 3rd car may be parked within the townhome complex temporarily parallel to a curb. Do not park in anyone else's parking place. Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the unit or in the back yard fenced area. Please note that the neighbors in the adjoining unit sit on their porch a lot and also open their windows in good weather, and they have complained that cigarette smoke from our deck will enter their home and deck. Thus our policy is no smoking of any kind in the unit or in the back yard. Open flame: No candles or incense are allowed in the unit. Please close windows prior to leaving. Pet policies: 1. The maximum number of pets is two (2), dogs only (no cats). 2. The maximum dog weight is 25 lbs per dog. 3. Pet fees due with the reservation: A. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $70. B. A daily pet fee of $20 per pet. 4. Dogs must be crated when the guest is not inside the unit. Animals may not be left unattended if they are not in a crate. 5. Tarps are provided in the hall closet for guests who have dogs. Dogs may get on the sofa or chairs if a tarp is used; dogs may not get on sofa or chairs directly without a tarp. 6. Pets must be leashed outside of the unit and outside the fence. 7. Unit is an attached townhome with residents on the other side of an exterior wall. Barking or other pet noise must not occur. If pet noise becomes a nuisance, that will be grounds for termination of stay and ejection from the unit. 8. Pet feces disposal. Whether in the fenced back yard, or anywhere in the townhome community, guests must pick up and dispose of pet feces. Mid stay clean for longer stays: If the unit is booked for longer than 21 days, a mid-stay clean is mandatory every 21 days. The fee to a guest fee for a mid stay clean is $110. Garbage collection day: Thursday! there are a green and a blue rolling plastic trash bin beside the unit (on the right side facing the front door from the parking area). The green trash bin is for trash and the blue is for recycling. Trash day is Thursday. It is the guest's responsibility to take trash and recycling out to the bins. At this property, the trash bins must be left at the end of the parking spots (where the lines end) or the sanitation truck will not collect them. Collection is usually about 10:00 am. The best practice is to leave the trash bins out for collection the night before (Wednesday night). Fire extinguisher is in the coat closet by the front door. A first aid kit is in the upper wall cabinet above the sink. At check out: Please strip the bed(s), place leave towels on the bathroom floor, take out all trash to the green herbie kerbie beside the unit (to the right facing the front door), wash all dirty dishes either in the sink or run the dishwasher.
