The Space:

Bicycle House is a two-bedroom townhome with one and a half baths and a full kitchen. There is a computer desk cubby in the living room, and another computer desk cubby in the upstairs back bedroom. The fenced backyard has a deck with a table and four chairs. Two free parking spaces are in front of the home. The property sits directly across the street from the PATH foundation bike trail with access to the BeltLine, Stone Mountain Park, and much more. Two bicycles included!

The entire home is available to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Bicycle House sits in a friendly townhome community about halfway between downtown Decatur and downtown Avondale Estates — two vibrant neighborhoods packed with trendy restaurants, cafés, and local shops. The home fronts a popular bike path connecting west to the Atlanta BeltLine and east to Stone Mountain Park, putting some of Atlanta's best cycling right outside your door. It's the best of both worlds: a quiet, walkable retreat with effortless connections to everything happening in the city. Easy access to Emory University and Emory Hospitals, Agnes Scott College, and Columbia Seminary.



Getting Around:

Bicycle House is made for exploring without a car. Grab one of the two included bicycles and roll straight onto the PATH trail — the BeltLine, Stone Mountain, and downtown Decatur are all an easy ride away. Prefer transit? Walk to Avondale MARTA Station (Blue/Green Line) and ride directly into the heart of the city — including Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena — in approximately 20 minutes for just $2.50 each way. MARTA is the smart way to reach concerts, games, and downtown events, and this location makes it effortless. Rideshare pickup is also readily available at the front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

Two bicycles are in a shed in the back yard. Two helmets and a tire pump are in the coat closet downstairs.



Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.



Pet policy: We allow dogs only, a maximum of 2, weight up to 25 lbs only. We do not allow cats. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $70 and an additional fee of $20 per pet per day. Dogs left alone in the home must be crated. Other pet policies apply: please review our House Rules for our full pet policies.



Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



You will also be given the choice between authorising a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
