Welcome to our newly renovated home in the heart of Arnold, MD! Our home has been remodeled with stylish and modern finishes, making it the perfect place for your next getaway. As you enter the home, you will be greeted by an open-concept living space with plenty of natural light. The home also features a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and AC for your comfort. **PLEASE NOTE** This home is split into two units (upstairs and downstairs). You will have the upper unit. Both units have their own private entry. You will not share access with other guests** This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacations charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas. Due to the high volume of turnovers and to provide the latest checkout possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6 PM. While this is a rare occurrence you can feel free to check in and get settled as the team finishes. We are always available via phone text and email 24/7 if we don’t respond immediately we may be helping another guest but will respond promptly! Downtown Annapolis is a historic and charming neighborhood located in the heart of the city. It's known for its picturesque streets lined with colonial-era buildings, cobblestone sidewalks, and beautiful waterfront views of the Chesapeake Bay. There are plenty of things to see and do in downtown Annapolis. The neighborhood is home to many popular attractions such as the United States Naval Academy, the Maryland State House, and the Annapolis Maritime Museum. Guests can also take a stroll through the quaint streets and explore the many unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. One of the most popular areas in downtown Annapolis is City Dock, which is located at the end of Main Street. City Dock is a bustling hub of activity and is home to many events throughout the year, including the Annapolis Boat Shows, which are some of the largest in the country. The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable beds and linens. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is queen zised and third bedroom is a full over full bunkbed. The two bathrooms have also been completely renovated and feature new fixtures and finishes. The home also features a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for your comfort. Our home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Arnold, just a short drive away from downtown Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay. You'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities nearby. We can't wait to host you and make your stay unforgettable!

Enjoyed being with family and visiting with our USNA plebe Grass was very high with trash on front lawn Kitchen was definitely not well equipped for cooking and eating in for a family of 8 (I would assume other USNA families would be your usual guests) Could have been cleaned better There were no bathroom mats for getting out of the tub or shower (slip hazard) in either bathroom Noise complaint call seemed sketchy Good response to our difficulty getting in initially and the request for the lawn maintenance Thanks!

Our group of 8, 4 adults and 3 children, fit nicely into this house. It was very clean, and uncluttered. The house was comfortable and as described in the listing. It was on a quiet street, had easy access to a major road to/from the attractions in the area and was close to a grocery store. The kitchen was spacious and easy to work in, but they do need to furnish some more cooking utensils etc. Its rather sparse. I'd definitely stay there again.

What a lovely place to land after a long day in airplanes! This house is decorated throughout in a nautical theme and light colors reflect the natural light streaming through the windows. My crew of six women let out a collective sigh as we walked in the front door and dropped bags to explore. The house is 3 minutes from Safeway- Cheers Spirits and Naval Bagels (YUM!) are across the street from Safeway. USNA Induction Day was the purpose of our trip. The Academy is 10 minutes from this property- a short trip up the highway and across the bridge from which you have a great view of the historic base. Communication with Ocean Edge Vacations was superior- no phone call, email or text went unanswered. They are kind and attentive. I spent less $ for four days here for six people than a cramped room for four in Annapolis for the same length of time. So glad my sister found it! We have no reservations recommending it and will stay here again and again during the next 4 years.

What a lovely spot to land after a long day of travel! Beautiful property with plenty of room for our party of 6. Great access to useful spots: USPS- 2 minutes, Safeway-3 minutes, Cheers Spirits and Naval Bagels- 4 minutes, USNA- 10 minutes. Oceans Edge Vacations are great communicators- checking in via email and text. They promptly returned the one voice mail I left. I recommend this group and location without reservation and will be staying here again.

This was a great find at a great price. As it states, it is newly renovated. Nice new clean space inside. Located at the end of a road with a backyard surrounded by woods giving it quiet privacy. We had five staying there and were very comfortable. Could’ve easily had a couple more. Only about 10 minutes from Annapolis. 20-25 min from BWI. I will definitely be looking to stay here on our next trip to Annapolis.
