Convenient location
My room was at end of the hall, near side entrance, on first floor.
Side door wasn't working with key card. It was after dark so I wanted to enter hotel quickly from parking lot. Walked around hotel to the front desk. Employee said I probably didn't know how to use keyless lock. He came to the side door and he couldn't make it work either. Basically said, "Oh well, it's just broken, I guess." I had to then carry/roll my bags around the building and enter through the front entrance. Not a huge deal - just an observation. The employee seemed unconcerned that the lock was inoperable.
