Updated property. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet. Climate control in the room was very responsive and easy to adjust. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating with requests and used SMS updates which was a surprise. All things I value.
Mattress needs a topper, I like a softer bed and this mattress was firm.

Really nice location, great staff, and I was happy to find out about check out being at 12.
The beds were not that comfortable. When I went to sleep I just got snuck into the center of the bed.

The staff was accommodating and helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious and located close to Elon campus.
When I booked the hotel I planned on spending my last day at the pool as my flight was not until 8pm. When I arrived at hotel there was a sign posted in the elevator saying the pool was under construction. This was not posted anywhere on the website as I would have booked a different hotel. I I had to pay to spend the day at another hotel because as Hampton could not accommodate me for the extra hours I had before my flight. In addition, the breakfast was disappointing. Overcooked sausage and not many hot food options.
