Landlord cancelled booking when was 1 hour away from property refuses to pay refund stay clear

Nothing the landlord is so ignorant

What this landlord is saying in his reply is a blatant lie he cancelled the booking when 2 x 26year olds where travelling for 4 hours and where one hour away from the property I have my own place in London so would not have been anywhere near this ignorant man, he also kept the money he charged me for the room He can make up what he wants I have the phone call recording to prove this.

Clean. Water pressure. Friendly greeting on arrival.

Horrible stains on old sofa. Furniture is cheap. No side lighting on the sitting room. Boiler pipework is exposed. No top sheet, blanket or duvet, just a poly cotton bed cover. Tiny cups Bed is too hard and needs a memory foam topper. Expensive for quality offered.
