Great location in the heart of trendy gay Chueca party district. Stylish traditional building with elevator, big windows and balcony overlooking charming street. Comfy bed. Modern shower. They bought us extra pillows when we asked. Near excellent food market, bars, bakeries. Nice decor
Keep in mind this is a nightlife hub so it’s NOISY, especially on weekends Garbage trucks outside also woke us at 2am. And on one night we stayed one of the drunken hotel guests tried to get into our room twice and was pounding the door. Quite scary. Very poor communication with management. If there is an emergency or urgent problem you’re on your own. the electronic key system is complex but works but you are screwed if you dont have your phone or need to access the hotel even one minute after your check out time. Room very small.

O quarto é lindo, chuveiro bom, errei nos dias duas veces e os funcionários através do aplicativo me atenderam bem e me trocaram os dias sem problema 🙏🏼
Não gostei que não tem recepção pessoal, tudo é com aplicativo, não tem lugar para estar fora do quarto, não pode regular você mesma o ar acondicionado, numa cama de casal tinha só uma manta pequena de solteiro e tinha só um café de chegada para dois dias.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt gut. Die Lage war sehr praktisch, und der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm. Das Bett und die Matratze waren sehr bequem, alles war sauber und das Zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Leider gab es ein Problem mit der Bettdecke. Als ich telefonisch nach einer Decke gefragt habe, wurde mir zunächst gesagt, dass das Hotel überhaupt keine Decken habe. Erst am nächsten Tag wurden mir zwei zusätzliche Bettlaken gebracht. Das fand ich enttäuschend, da eine Decke für mich zur grundlegenden Ausstattung eines Schlafzimmers gehört.

La ubicación.
En primer lugar, la habitación que mostraba al reservar no fue la recibida. Segundo, es incómodo que el baño esté separado en tres partes, no hay apenas privacidad. Las paredes son de cartón, podríamos escuchar respirar a los huéspedes de al lado.
