It’s was wonderful and had everything we needed we booked last minute we literally had our original hotel cancel as we were boarding the ferry and was lucky to have availability at the elms
Finding the car accessible entrance if you don’t know the area can be difficult and it would be beneficial if the owners gave details of the housing estate where the enterence is (postcode)

The location was fantastic, the property had everything we needed so we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other people.
The sheets were stained and the towels seemed grubby. I think clean white sheets and big white towels would have made the scores better. I tried to buy some sheets locally but none of the shops which sold them were open.

Good location for the racing and town, security was good. Grounds well kept..
No linen or towel changes in 15 days. Only 1 toilet roll per bathroom for 15 days. Noise from an electric motor switching on and off 24/7..
