You'll be mere steps from Commercial Street, Boatslip Resort & Beach Club, and the sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay. Here on Bradford Street, the town's best restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife are all within a few blocks as well. As a freestanding cottage with reserved parking and its own decks and yard, this home provides wonderful privacy without sacrificing its convenient location. It's so close to the beach that you can carry the provided towels and umbrella there in the mornings, stop at home to barbecue lunch on the gas grill, and even cool off for a bit in the central air conditioning before heading back to the sand. Inside, you'll find the main living spaces on the ground floor and the bedrooms (each with its own TV) upstairs. Toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, get started on dinner using stainless steel kitchen appliances, and sit down to eat at the dining room table or outside on the deck at sunset. If you're spending the evening at home, enjoy a smart TV with cable, complimentary WiFi, and an assortment of books, board games, and puzzles for your entertainment. THINGS TO KNOW The occupancy limit is per town permit. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Upon arrival we noticed the upstairs hot water faucet was without a handle and taped with painters tape. I assume that you are aware. That sink drains very slowly as well. No extra paper towels and no kleenex. Cold air getting in around the window a/c upstairs was a bit uncomfortable. Blankets on the be would have been helpful. Had to re-wash 3 mugs to use because they had tea/ coffee stains. We didn't do a wash but did dry a couple of items post downpour but could not easily find the vent to clean it. ( we also are faithful cleaning our vent post each use). The use of space was clever and sweet, however, not being able to get around either bed made it tough. Would probably be fine for young people. I looked for an extra dish towel and found one quite wet, with wet pot holders in the drawer. I left them out on the counter with a note for your cleaning crew.
