I am generally a pretty laid back traveler but this rental just did not meet base standards of cleanliness. One of the appliances was covered in rust and the deck had furniture that was covered in several centimeters of dirt. There was also brown sediment in the toilet when I arrived that I had to flush to get rid of. I tried to get in touch with the host numerous times throughout my stay about one of the rusty appliances I had asked about in advance and they responded each time that they were “getting in touch with the local office” which would “respond to me soon.” Suffice to say, despite my numerous follow ups, I never received a response from the “local office” or anyone else and simply was unable to use certain items during my stay. Adding a star just because it’s in a good location (about a 30-35 minute walk to downtown Provincetown).

This was our first time in Provincetown. We found this rental to be perfectly priced and the right size for two couples. And with the beach right across the street! Great place to stay if you want a little respite from the hustle and bustle. Walkable to everything.

Find a better place!
The home looks beautiful however it’s not what it’s cracked up to be. The first night we got there, we noticed the sheets were dirty. Then the next morning when we went to go shower and found out the hard way the drain isn’t working. I immediately called Vacasa customer service and they got maintenance to come out. However maintenance wasn’t able to fix much. The whole apartment smelled of bleach. When we went to shower again, the whole bathroom flooded. It was like sitting in an inch of water. We called again and explain what was happening. This time the water was spreading into the hallways of the apartment.
The location of the house is on the quieter side of commercial street. In order to get the town center you would have to take an Uber or you can drive and pay for parking.

Immaculate and new!
The condo had recently been renovated so everything was shiny and new. It was immaculate. It seemed really dark when we got there but we realized that the television was blocking all of the light. The TV is not shown in the photos but we we finally found that the white cabinet held a hydraulic lift that could be lower the TV into the cabinet. Much better and we do not usually watch TV on vacation. The unit was a little too far from the center of town. We walked every time we went into town but a very long walk back after dinner. The shuttle was not running during our stay.

Cute place
Had a brief but relaxing/great couple of days here. Cheerfully decorated, very clean, comfortable, spacious. Was a little worried about the no AC but it turned out to be a non-issue. Would definitely stay here again :-)

Endless Summer Provincetown MA
This rental is in a condo complex in the East end, right at the edge of town, neighboring the Harbor Hotel. The condo was lovely, well appointed and clean. It was nice and quiet which I appreciated. They did advertise 2 queen beds and they were full size. My biggest complaint, was that they advertised a pool, spa tub and fire pit. These things do not exist at the condo complex. They are at the Harbor hotel. The Harbor Hotel, when I asked, told me their amenities are not open to condo renters and that they have asked them to stop telling people this is so. If you don't want a pool and don't mind a small bed, this is a lovely rental.

A reasonably priced place close enough to Ptown
The two bedroom was spacious and cozy and a 15 minute bike ride from the center of Provincetown. Be warned that this unit is not air conditioned.

Great spot!
This apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for my friend and I to enjoy a weekend getaway. We had such a great time and loved drinking coffee (or wine) on the screened in porch or down on the beach across the street. 5 stars all around!

The Condo was perfect! Clean, cheerful and in a perfect location! Right across the street from the beach and a short walk to hiking trails. Instead of fighting traffic to get to the heart of commercial street we rented bikes! The bike trail kicked our butts so we felt we earned all the calories we consumed at all the great restaurants!.
