Exploring the sand is just one of many things you can do here. The area is also rife with opportunities for biking (Cape Cod National Seashore Bike Trails), hiking (Old Colony Hiking Trail), birdwatching (Maple Grove Bird Sanctuary), whale-watching, wine tasting, theater (Provincetown Theatre), live music, parades, festivals, gallery walks, shops, and restaurants to try. The Bay Colony Condos offer a truly unbeatable location, with one of the most photographed scenes on Cape Cod just outside. It's a spot that'll give you a front-row seat to the town's parades, lovely views of several lighthouses from the porch, and fantastic access to the summer shuttle into town (which stops outside). You'll also be next door to the Harbor Inn's pool and bar, an easy bike ride downtown, and close to a number of beautiful beaches, including Herring Cove, Race Point, Cape Cod National Seashore, and the beach across the road. The living space is full of coastal sunlight and that gorgeous ocean view. Slide open the glass doors to find a deck overlooking the bay, where you can savor your coffee at sunrise and dine in the shade of the umbrella at sunset. The sunny interior includes a kitchen, an eat-in dining table, and a sitting room with a TV (offering both cable and streaming capability). After a day spent whale-watching from MacMillan Pier or enjoying the Friday night art gallery walk, throw in the day's laundry into the shared washer/dryer. Two air-conditioned bedrooms provide for a restful night's sleep. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We really enjoyed our stay here over thanksgiving! It was nice sized for our group of 4. Very conviniently located for a ~2mile or a short drive to the historic district. The views are amazing and was the main selling point for us when we booked the house. The views lived up to our expectations! The beach right across the street was particularly nice to walk at during low tide. We My only two gripes were that there were no comforters on any of beds, and the shower didnt drain well. Our second night the temperature went to high 20s and we really had to crank the heat because we didnt have proper bedding.

Nice view of the bay, generally very quiet and clean. Kitchen is very small with little counter space so I wouldn't plan to do extensive cooking but its a pleasant 1 mile + walk into town for many food options and location on the edge of town made it easy to get in the car and see the sites. No AC in the living area so I imagine it could get quite hot mid summer but it was fine for us in September. Check in was seamless but if you want to actually talk to a person, that was more difficult.

Spectacular view of the water. Really close to town. Only a 1 mile walk that is very beautiful. Very cozy and cute rooms and comfortable.

Clean, nicely appointed, beautiful view, great location, access to clean, swimmable beach across the street, everything you need to cook including some spices, oil, vinegar, etc. TV and WIFI was good. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. One issue: In the photo of the condo, a hand-held shower head is pictured but there isn't one and there is no hair dryer. Other than that, we loved the place.

We were there in winter and found the place to be warm with a great view. We could walk to Angel Foods for some excellent take-out vegiterian means but drove a short distance to the center of town for access to other businesses. It was quiet and clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable seating.

It was very quiet and restful. Cormfortabal too. But There was no router for internet or cable box for tv. I am assuming with it being so late in the season the owner had removed it already. We also liked the night light on table by the kitchen and the center piece on the coffee table was nice to see (A cloth map of the State of Connecticut our home state). Other than that we enjoyed it very much

We were very happy with our accommodations. Great quiet location. Right across from the street from the beach. Everything was okay. Few things missing, night light in bathroom, the clock needed a battery, all of which I fixed. Major problem with the internet. Check if works, especially if you are a tv watcher, or want the internet.
