The location is very close to Roma Termini, making it highly convenient for arrivals and departures by train. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The kitchen and common area were exceptional, fully equipped with appliances and stocked with a wide variety of food items—particularly convenient for families traveling with children.
The staff provided a warm and seamless welcome, with clear communication prior to arrival, including detailed instructions and helpful guidance to locate the property easily. They were consistently responsive, kind, and attentive throughout the stay. The property was bright, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and the property is highly recommended.
Even when using the lift, some stairs must still be navigated, which can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or a baby stroller.

It was clean. It had breakfast items.
Staff was rude. Lift only accommodates 2. Even after taking lift you have to climb 1 floor. Difficult with large luggage and baby.
