About this house rental
Welcome to this relaxing coastal getaway. You'll enjoy the heated pool, covered patio for grilling out, and be able to take in the sunset on the deck upstairs. The backyard is private and fully fenced.
The home has sleeping for nine, a brand-new kitchen, family room to unwind, and blazing fast internet to work or stream movies. You'll be just a ten-minute walk to the beach, and just a short drive from the shops at 30A, Rosemary Beach and Pier Park. Enjoy the beach, our comfy home and relaxing on the patio and in the pool.
Dogs are permitted with payment of an $80 cleaning fee per pet.
Pool Heating is OFF April through mid October. Pool heating available for $40/day seasonally.
Pool details: The pool, and pool heating, is available based on weather and maintenance conditions. Unforeseen weather or mechanical issues may impact the availability of this amenity, and you acknowledge that it is not guaranteed for your stay. If you encounter any problems, let us know and we’ll work to quickly address them. We maintain a very high uptime for the pool, and are generally able to have any problems fixed within 24 hours.
We offer pool heating for $40 per full day of your stay (available 10/15-3/31). Paying for pool heat means we will have the pool warmed to 82° for you. The pool will not get as hot as a hot tub; that is simply not possible with this volume of water. The heat pump can warm the pool to about a maximum of 20° above ambient temperatures, even if we have the thermostat set higher. Below 55° the heat pump will automatically turn off to avoid freezing the components. We are unable to offer pool heating for only a portion of your stay, you will need to decide whether you would like this extra service prior to your visit. We’ll send you a reminder message a few days prior to your arrival so that we can ensure the pool is heated for your stay.
Pets: Dogs are permitted with payment of an $80 cleaning fee per pet. We do ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens, and pick-up after your pet in the backyard. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Our property has a surveillance camera and/or smart doorbell located by the front entry. There is another camera in the garage. We also have a Minut smart home sensor mounted to the wall. These devices are strictly for security purposes.

My wife and I booked this last minute and we were not disappointed we did! Quiet neighborhood in between beach bars of PCB and the more tame 30A towns like Rosemary Beach. The home was perfect for my wife and I as I provided the perfect size plunge pool and the home was extremely clean. The bedding on the beds makes you feel like you are staying in a freshly made up resort room. Jenni was amazing with her communication and check was easy as entering the code. This was our first trip to 30A and will definitely be back. Quiet little gem of a house in a perfect location. Thank you!

Location was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean and i love that! Pool area was great. We enjoyed our stay without any interruptions. We will definitely be back.

We were hesitant to book a newer property with no reviews, but so glad we did!! This house is located in a quiet residential area. I was on a road trip with many of my belongings loaded onto my vehicle, and was never once worried about theft. It took us 8 minutes to walk to the public beach access - a little short cut on a dirt path by a pond takes you straight to beach access #77. This particular public beach access does not have public parking, which in addition to being in a residential neighborhood away from high rises, made for a perfectly uncrowded beach experience!
The house itself has been recently remodeled, and it is lovely. It was completely clean and well appointed, we loved the decoration and vibe! It comes stocked with many basic amenities. The beds are not very comfortable, but it would not deter me from staying here again as well really loved the house overall. That would however be the one thing I would recommend the owners improve.
The pool is small, but it was perfect for the three of us. Again, the backyard and pool area was very clean. Plenty of room for my dog to run around as well!
You can’t hear the ocean from the house, from the upstairs balcony you can get small glimpses of it.
The owners were very communicative and caring, which I always greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend this rental, and would definitely stay there again myself. I also really appreciated the transparent pricing, and that the fees were not excessive.
