Every inch of this breathtaking 2900 sf property is swathed in luxury. This house has it all. From the iridescent tiles on the pool and hot tub, to the well-appointed, lavish, and spacious bedrooms, this stunning new construction home will not disappoint. It boasts 6 bedrooms, with three of those being king-sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It sleeps 20 and has an overabundance of room for family gatherings. This jewel (or Pearl, as we call it) sits a mere 150 yards from the beach and has a beautiful NON-heated pool that includes a luxurious heated spa. The open concept kitchen/living room/dining room has plenty of room to spend group time together, have family games and still have plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The expansive deck accents the house with a beautiful view of the surroundings, especially the water. Come visit The Grand Pearl and feel the effects of being in the lap of luxury as you sit and soak up the sights and sounds of true relaxation, as the waves splash against the shoreline. The Kitchen is a fully appointed Chef’s kitchen complete with and extra built-in icemaker. Bed and Bath Setup, 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, sleeps 20 Downstairs - king master with private bath, another king master with private bath, a queen bedroom, and a hallway bath Upstairs - a bedroom with 2 queens, 2 separate hall baths, bunkroom has 2 sets of queen over queen bunks, and a king master with private bath. We have Hulu live streaming that includes Disney+ and ESPN+ in the Living room, all bedrooms and the tv next to the pool. The downstairs area is complete with outdoor games, including Ping pong, cornhole and spike ball, along with a charcoal grill, so don’t forget to grab some charcoal! Events allowed with prior approval, max guests 35, with a nonrefundable event fee of $750, please contact management for additional information. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a nonrefundable event fee of $750. Pets allowed, max 2 dogs ONLY, max 40 lbs. pet fee is $200, to be added after booking. Must be 25 years old to book. Located near barrel 79. Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX. Note, property is not child proof. As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund. Any Cancellation is subject to 5% processing fees.

Our family of 15 spent the holiday at this wonderful house. The house was perfect for us. The children loved the bunk room. It was a short walk to the beach but there was so much to do at the house we were busy having fun there. There was plenty of room for all of us, even at the dining table. It was a great house for our large family to all be together. We will be back again for a warm weather get-away.

The owners spared no expense in preparing a property that is 5 star from top to bottom. Our only complaint was mosquitos tried to ruin our experience. The management was responsive and very attentive to my inquiries. My group enjoyed everything, and would love to come back. Our spiritual prayer retreat was awesome and has been marked as the best we've ever had.

I highly recommend this property! The proximity to the beach is unreal! This was a newer property and still working out a few kinks but the management was all over it. The house is stunning with plenty of room for the kiddos to take over the second floor and allow the adults some peace on the first. I’ll note that there is no lift, which is unusual for these types of properties. As a single parent with a special needs child, It made a huge difference to us. While we loved this property once settled, if I’m considering the same type of property next time, I’d choose the one with a lift.

We had 5 families who are not related stay here and we all had our own space and felt very comfortable. The convenience of a pool makes this place great. When we had enough beach time we would come and cool down in the pool. The kids loved the pool. Very beautiful and new home. Be careful wearing socks on the stairs, you will fall and hurt yourself. Anything you forget to buy no worries. The Big Store, Family Dollar, and Dollar General are just outside the neighborhood. The stairs can be a lot especially when you have already done them for the millionth time. A lift would have been helpful when carrying all of our stuff up, especially the coolers. We had young strong guys, but if you are older, be careful.
