MODERN BEACH FRONT PROPERTY WITH 6 BEDROOMS AND 5 BATHS!
This beautiful beach front home is one of a kind. All the amenities, all the wonderful views, all the beach breezes are what you will find when you stay in this luxurious beach house. Your first view will be of the downstairs fenced in yard and picnic table.
Imagine this: When you step onto the deck, the first thing you do is stop and direct your gaze out over the water and breathe in the salty ocean air. When you can tear yourself away from the view, you go inside to the beautifully decorated, pristine living room and take in all the unique little touches that make this house so special.
The next stop is the spacious shiny kitchen, so fully stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal that you feel like you have your chef hat on. The beautiful granite, the modern appliances, the freshly cleaned feel, all assure you that you have chosen the house with the best of everything.
With 2 master suites, a bunk room, a double King suite, 2 single queen rooms, there is plenty of sleeping space for 20.

Upstairs – 1 master king with bath, 1 room with 2 kings with bath, 2 rooms with 1 queen each with shared bath in hallway, bunk room with 2 sets of queen bunks (4 queens) with bath
Downstairs – 1 master king with bath, and ½ bath
outside charcoal grill
coffee maker is a dual type, both regular drip and kcups
Events allowed, max guests 35, with a non refundable event fee, please contact for additional information
Pets allowed, max 2 dogs ONLY, pet fee is $200, will be added after booking.

Great beach access, a clean home, wonderful porches, and plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen was clean and well stocked, though it could use a few new frying pans. A fun bonus was that our grandsons found 283 hermit crabs on the beach the first day! The home has a beautiful view of the beach and is close enough that our grandchildren could easily walk back and forth. We weren’t used to vehicles driving on the beach, but they weren’t a significant issue. Parking was adequate for our four vehicles. Our family had a wonderful vacation, and we would happily stay here again.
