This extraordinary property offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty, making it an ideal retreat for large groups, corporate retreats, bachelor parties, and more. With a staggering 11 bedrooms and 7 indoor bathrooms, our resort can comfortably accommodate your entire group. Additionally, there are 4 outdoor half baths for added convenience. The first floor features 2 private studios, each equipped with a queen bed, a bathroom, and a cozy living room with an enclosed entrance and exit for privacy. There's also one massive bedroom with 6 full-size mattresses and another separate bedroom with a queen bed all on this floor. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and another with a full bed and a twin bed. These rooms are connected to living room and kitchen. Also on this floor, our spacious kitchen and dining room is attached to the main living room with a pool table, providing ample space for entertainment and relaxation. Indoor dining for up to 25 guests is available, while outdoor dining can accommodate another 25 guests, allowing you to enjoy meals with stunning views. All of these dining areas are adjacent to each other. On the third floor, you'll discover our a state-of-the-art Theater Room awaits, equipped with a projector and all your favorite streaming services. The highlight of the third floor is the private balcony attached to the Master Bedroom, offering breathtaking views of the water—a perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. The most unique bedroom of the house features a twin bed with nature themes and decor. The rest of the floor feature two bedrooms with a queen bed and a twin bed each, one bedroom with a king bed and a twin bed, and another bedroom with a queen bed. As for recreation, you'll be spoiled with choices! Enjoy the *heated pool and hot tub with beach sand, providing a resort-like experience right at your doorstep. For sports enthusiasts, there's a soccer field and a volleyball field to organize friendly matches. You can also indulge in some water fun with kayaks, canoes, and fishing equipment available for your use. For fitness enthusiasts, a private gym is at your disposal with squat rack and plated weights, bench press with dumbbells, yoga equipment, a stationary smart bike, resistance bands, kettle bells, and even a punching bag! *Fees may apply Entertainment continues in the game room, where you can engage in friendly competitions of air hockey, basketball, foosball, and pool. We have a security authorization in our guest portal that does not charge unless there are damages or violations. We are a team who manages our listings with API-connected software, and therefore can set this authorization in compliance with the rules. If your looking for a place to host your large group in the Tampa area, then look no further. We were a group of 25. The house is more like your own personal resort. The house was spotless upon our arrival and well stocked with basic amenities, even coffee and sugar. The main kitchen has a huge fridge and freezer, massive island,and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal together. The outside gameroom was a hit for the kids with air hockey, basketball, and darts. The pool table in the main livingroom was also a big hit w/everyone. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone, with extra blankets on every bed which we found ourselves needing because the AC worked extremely well. The real star of the house is the huge outdoor deck area, swimming pool, and massive jacuzzi. This is where we spend our time during the day. The property has little touches that add to the resort feel. Kayaks were available, pool loungers, a fitness area, even a set of outdoor bathrooms. There is a sitting area in the back of the property, good to unwind, and another raised sitting area in the front of the house. They even have a raised stage for entertaining near the pool. Our host was awesome "Jim" and very responsive. We would absolutely recommend checking this place out for a unique and fun experience for your large group.

This property is shockingly beautiful. There is so many wonderful views, the pictures don’t do justice for the inside or outside. Our whole family loved it. All of the amenities made our trip fantastic. Looking forward to returning!
