The apartment was in a nice location close to the dam for crossing over into California, Lake Havasu tourist area, and some good restaurants - especially Havasu Springs. It was nice to be right on the Colorado River to watch the birds float by. It was very quiet area.
The kitchen utensils were very dirty and there could have been more plates and cereal bowls. Bed was comfy. The walk-in closet was great to have for organizing the cloths. Facecloths were a bit stained.
We enjoyed our visits from Parker, the cat!

We loved our stay. It was perfect for us. When looking for the address make sure to put in AZ. We went right past it for 20 miles. Parking was very tight but we worked it out. We loved watching the boaters and those fishing on the river.
