This condo is perfect for couples. The location on Center street makes it easy to walk anywhere. Quiet location. Condo is so clean, and a comfy king bed. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to. Owners were easy to contact and flexible with move in and out times when possible. We will be back!

Loved every minute of our 2+ week stay. The condo is perfect for two people, and the location can’t be beat. Ken was super responsive and great to work with. Can’t wait to return!

Really cute Nantucket accommodations for two!
Comfy king bed, and all anyone really needs when enjoying your island stay. The location is perfect for walking to dining, shops and groceries. The owners are quick to provide to entry and departure directions and made everything easy! Enjoyable stay.

Not a big review writer, but compelled to in this case. Wife and I have been coming to ACK for years, and rented many places during that time.
Positives: Location in center of town, easy walk to everything. Nice new king-sized bed.
Negatives: Listing indicates there is a dishwasher...there is not a dishwasher. There is also no laundry. Listing says "air conditioning", but the only air conditioner is a window unit in the living room... NO A/C in the bedroom. Unacceptable during the summer. Being downtown is a positive, but its loud. Delivery trucks, etc.. began everyday at 7-8am and woke us up every morning. Closets are cluttered with unnecessary pillows and towels, and actually some clothing left behind by previous renters. 1/2 eaten cereal boxes and other food left in the cupboards. Couch and chair in living room are stained and dated. And the shower... there is a reason there are no pictures of the shower in the listing. Although the rest of the unit appears to have been updated within last few years, the shower/tub is yellow with green tile and probably hasn't been updated since the '60's. Shower faucets are loose, and very difficult to figure out. Built-in soap dish is stained. During Covid crisis this place should have been immaculately cleaned prior to arrival, and it was not. Having a parking spot was great, but very difficult to access with an SUV.
This place is probably good for a couples weekend away in the fall or winter. It is not a great place for a week-long stay in the summer.
