Apartment was VERY clean. Beds and bedding comfortable. Didnt use the kitchen since we were on the go but the refrig and other appliances appeared in great condition. Didnt use the washer. Hot water and shower pressure were great. Plenty of room if you needed to set up a crib away from the main sleeping area. No noise from other apartments but a good bit of street noise late on a Sunday night. Will probably stay here again.
Spiral staircase not easy to get up and down with large bags as some parts of the steps were tiny and only the edge by the wall was a full step wide. Outside on street level it looks a little rough but I think that is typical for this area of Europe but Uber driver found it ok.

Osobna łazienka i ubikacja na plus.
Przestrzenna duża kuchnia i duży jeden pokój. Duży stół z krzesłami.
W jednym z pokoi powinna być zamontowana klimatyzacja z racji braku okna.
Trochę lepsze wyposażenie kuchni w naczynia (garnki, kubki, talerze)
Słaby odpływ wody z wanny.
Przydałoby się odmalować pokoje.

Comfy beds. Enough pillows. Good shower. Dishwasher and large fridge . Good location near tram and local restaurants
No air con. Curtains didn’t cover the full window so needed an eye mask. Tv didn’t work , Wi-Fi was patchy,

Tolle Böden (Parkett, Fliesen); sehr gute Betten; großzügige Räume (genügend Platz für 4-6 Pers); unkomplizierter Check-in; die Lage wenn man Konzerte in der Ottakringer Brauerei bzw. in der Stadthalle besuchen möchte; die Nähe zum Brunnemarkt(viertel) u. Yppenplatz; gute Verkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahn; U-Bahn-Nähe)
Apartment war nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt; die desolate Billigküche, die mangelhafte Küchenausstattung (wir gingen allerdings immer essen und waren daher nicht darauf angewiesen); das extrem schwache WLAN; die spartanische (lieblose) Einrichtung; für das Apartment Nr. 8 wäre beim Check-In der Hinweis hilfreich, dass man erst durch eine Wohnungstür mit der Nr. 7 durchgehen muss um zur Nr. 8 zu gelangen (ein Bewohner half uns weiter)
