Beautiful rooms, recently renovated, comfortable mattresses, kitchen well equipped, bathroom, towels, linen all provided. As well as a handful of beach items. The pool is very large, not st all crowded, clean; guests are respectful, the property is well maintained. Parking spaces in the adjacent streets, easy to find a spot even very late. Supermarkets, pharmacy, nice local restaurants (Neo Mediterranean Idea) within walking distance. Excellent communication with property owner. Complementary coffee and water upon our arrival which came in very handy due to our very late arrival at the property (23.00) due to flight being delayed.

We spent several weeks in the Balearics sleeping in different places from 3 to 7 nights. When I asked the children where they liked best, they chose Menorca Paradise nº 30. Very good contact with the landlord. Beautiful garden and well kept pool with lifeguard. Plenty of parking in the area. The apartment is new and clean with lots of amenities. Everthing's fine. Comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. A comfortable extra bed instead of a sofa bed. Cool gear to take with you to the beach. I would highly recommend.

I would add to the equipment: dish dryer corkscrew
