All inclusive the parties drinks were on points
I’m allergic to cats they were all thru the property. My room wasnt available for 2hrs after check in. My bathroom wasn’t clean bed had no pillow cases. No elevator toting bags a was straining to my back

Location, Food, and Entertainment!!!
Checking in was a nightmare because Booking.Com messed up my reservations and after being on the phone for 2 hours with 5 different reps who kept hanging up on me. I finally had to cancel my original reservations and pay an additional $753 because of an error that Booking.com made and never took accountability for their unprofessional behavior!!!
Also, the rooms were extremely hot. The airport condition system was barely working. Sleeping was almost unbearable.
