The property was clean and tidy, spacious for 4 people with a lovely interior.
Unfortunately the oven didn’t work and neither did the water filter from the fridge. When you book somewhere because of the facilities with the intention to cook this becomes a major issue. To add, we also weren’t provided with any solutions or compensation, just an “I don’t know, use the pans” from the man who came to look at it. We understand it couldn’t have been fixed in the moment but we feel we should have been given a better solution. All our dinner was laid out in trays ready for the oven, so this was a big inconvenience. The parking was also miscommunicated when we arrived and we were turned away from the spot we paid for instantly, and told we weren’t allowed to use it. Again, no communication and no solution.

Great location on a quiet street near the beach, spacious flat with good facilities
Unfortunately the oven stopped working but the host was very helpful and even offered some money back for the inconvenience

Everything! Tomas the owner happened to be there to greet us! Lovely, helpful chap. The Nextdoor neighbour was lovely too.. very friendly quiet neighbourhood.

The flat was spacious and as described. The location was 5min walk to the beach and 20min walk to Brighton town centre which was very convenient. Check in via self check in box and code was quick and practical.
The doubled bed in the small bedroom is stuck between 3 walls and makes it awkward to sleep in that room as a couple and we had to sleep in the single beds bedroom instead.
The bed mattresses were not comfortable.
The host provided a phone number in case of any urgent issues during self check in. We had paid extra to park outside the flat during our stay but the parking space was occupied by another car when we got there. The host didn’t pick up the phone and we had to exchange messages via the Booking app, not sure why even when he started responding we had to continue via the app and not on the phone which would have been quicker. It took 3 hours to revolve and for the car to be moved.
