Miller's cottage is on a quiet street and there was plenty of on-street parking outside the house. Lots of space in the downstairs of the house, TV in both lounge & bedroom and super WiFi throughout the house. Bed is super comfortable. Kitchen is small but is that is the expectation in a house of this style, was well equipped both in terms of appliances, cookware & crockery. Plenty hot water at all times. House in a short walk from the house to get onto the canal for long walks or short trip into Lancaster city centre. Plenty supermarkets a short walk from the house. Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
Bedroom is quite bright from early morning.

Het was schoon. Appartement was ruim. Snelle reactie van de host Sandra. Genoeg handdoeken aanwezig. Alles aanwezig in de keuken.
Het appartement was nog niet schoongemaakt toen we om half 4 arriveerden. Geen stroom op de stopcontacten en geeen warmwater. Eerst de host moeten bellen. Schoonmaaksters stonden in de file. Dat kan gebeuren, kwamen om 16 uur en hebben goed en snel schoongemaakt. Na tip van host hebben we de kelder gevonden met stoppenkast. Stop uitgeslagen.
Geen toilet op de begane grond. Veel trappetjes op de 1ste verdieping, als je in de nacht naar get toilet wil moet je goed wakker zijn. . Bed was hard.
Er was maar 1 handdoekje in de keuken. Geen vaatdoek, geen theedoek. Wel vaatwasser maar niet gebruikt, te weinig spullen.
Laatste dag, geen stroom op de stopcontacten. Hoofdschakelaar was eruit geklapt en kon ook niet meer omgezet worden. Mijn man is elektricien geweest van beroep, alles gecheckt, host gebeld en zij zou een elektricien laten komen.
Er waren nog wat kleine dingen die we hebben gemeld bij de host, Sandra. Werd opgelost. Snelle reactie en aanbod om gratis 1 nacht nog te blijven. Daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.
