Well placed on the beach at the start of the old town. Comfy beds. The rooftop bar was excellent with plenty of sun beds and patio chairs. Pool cold but great on a hot day and the views were superb.

Location! Best location in all of Benidorm in our view. Straight into the sea.
Staff we're brilliant on reception, at breakfast and cleaning rooms. All really helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone. Check out at 12pm which was perfect for us.
We stayed in a deluxe suite and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've slept in, in a hotel. Wonderful.
Lovely toiletries. Shampoo and conditioner etc
Nice big beach towels which you can exchange for clean ones.
We didn't use the pool. It didn't look like clean water so we didn't chance it which was a shame. (Looked like old bath water)
The tea and coffee making facilities were very poor for a 4 star hotel. Worse still you had to pay to have them replenished which I thought was a real cheap move for a large hotel chain.
The fridge in the room didn't get that cold.
Sounds like small faults but it's very expensive hotel.

Breakfast and rooftop area
Reception failed to organise taxi or airport transfer. Pool being rebuilt causing noise in relaxation area. Room quite basic given I booked upgraded facilities.
