Allen and Rob were excellent communicators -- not one issue!The house was nice and rustic (yet renovated) and good for about four people (more will be tight). We were not home much so it really worked. Decor is fairly spartan but clean and efficient. Some small fixes on furniture.The neighborhood, which how can the hosts control, is adjacent to a very large unhoused and drug-fueled area. Even me as a former NYC, SF and LA resident took notice. Not alot there to walk around and see in terms of shopping/restaraunts but can see the potential and hey, maybe it all changes within a block or two. If you're used to an urban environment, no biggie but if not, it could be dicey (thought didnt seem dangerous if that makes sense).All in all, a good weekend in Vancouver and the Ubers took us back/forth everywhere we needed to go.8/10!

We had a great stay overall! The space was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location worked well for us, it’s close to great bars, restaurants, and walkable neighbourhoods, though travellers unfamiliar with Vancouver should know it borders a stretch that can feel a little rough.The thoughtful touches were much appreciated: a welcome bottle of wine, a book of local recommendations, and board games for downtime. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. We’d happily recommend this spot!

The house was amazing for a long weekend. Three good size bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Communication with the owners was easy and they were incredibly helpful and responsive.The area around the house includes some unhoused folks, so just keep that in mind when coming home (especially at night) but there are lots of cafés, restaurants and breweries within a short walk.

Nice house with all the aminities! Owner very helpful and fast to answer questions. But the neighborhood is not great with lots of homeless people in streets nearby! Not fun to run in the morning or walk at night!
