About this house rental
This modern industrial home in downtown Nevada City was completely renovated in 2022 with the highest quality furnishings and appliances.
Perfectly located just steps from town`s best restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment, while also conveniently a short 20min drive to popular Yuba River swimming holes.
This spacious home boasts 5 gorgeous bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, large kitchen with 12 person dining table, and an outdoor hot tub.
The master (king bed) has a heated bathroom floor. Outside on the deck you overlook Robinson plaza.
The 4 remaining bedrooms have queen beds and mini fridges. Two of these rooms are within ear range of the waterfall, a great way to fall asleep in the summer months with the window open.
The deck has a large hot tub and a bbq, right off of the living room.
You will be granted access to the entire house accept the “museum”. And the garage That is the first 2 rooms on the left and right when you walk through the front door. There are no stairs to negotiate unless you choose to sit by the waterfall while enjoying your morning coffee.
I will be available by text at all times and if you need any instruction on anything, I am normally just a few minutes away. Don’t hesitate to ask.
The many activities that are in your backyard are numerous. We have 2 live theater venues along with many bars with live music. We are proud of our many restaurants as well. The Tribute trail is a great little hike that is accessible from your front door. It is a well marked trail. It sports amazing beauty in a short walk.
We are happy to offer free off street parking. In town where parking is limited, this is a nice amenity.
This is a safe, small town. Open your heart to the spirit of the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. You will definitely want to come back!
If traveling with pets please do not leave unattended at the house. Please use a crate if you leave the premises.

The Gold Mine is an Excellent place to stay! Completely exceeded our expectations! It's a unique layout with 5 private bedrooms throughout the large property! The home is in a perfect central location in Nevada City! Walking distance to everything and ample parking. The kitchen, dining and great room are REALLY GREAT! Perfect for a group to come together and hang out. The TV's are ginormous and the gourmet kitchen is state of the art! Having a hot tub, sauna, BBQ, and cold plunge is amazing! There is not only this outdoor area but there is a balcony. Just beautiful! John is an amazing host! He answers his phone day or night and is helpful and kind! We had the pleasure of meeting John and he couldn't be nicer! Feels like a friend you've known for some time! It's my pleasure to write this heartfelt review but selfishly I hope his place is available for our future stay after people read this!! My family is definitely coming back!! We booked this for a wedding. We had 7 adults and 2 children and it was perfect! Beds were comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed! There is NOTHING I would change at this property!

This place is just excellent! The host made it incredibly easy for all of us to and the arrival was perfect. This was a group of six women and we were all incredibly comfortable with the various bedrooms and the amazing kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. Plus the location is absolutely perfect. We were there for the film festival and could not have been easier. I cannot recommend this wonderful location and apartment more strongly.
