About this villa rental
The "Catalunya" is a beautiful, spacious, and modern villa featuring stylish, high-end design and reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling).
It is located less than 650 meters from the beach, close to all amenities, in a quiet, south-west facing neighborhood.
The ground floor features an air-conditioned 70 m² living room with a large-screen Smart TV (DTT, international channels) and Wi-Fi, alongside a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Also on the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned master suite with a 180 cm bed (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, and toilet), plus a separate guest toilet.
The villa is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
On the first floor, accessible via an internal staircase in the living room, there are four bedrooms arranged as follows:
Two large, air-conditioned master suites with balconies, each featuring a 180 cm bed (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).
One of these suites is equipped with a Smart TV (satellite, DTT, international channels).
Two air-conditioned bedrooms with 180 cm beds (two 90 cm beds pushed together).
A separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.
It is possible to add two single folding beds.
Outside, you will find a large, sunny swimming pool (11.00 m x 3.00 m, 1.60 m deep) heated by a heat pump. The pool is heated from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October; the heat pump activates when the temperature drops below 28°C, though performance depends on the weather—we generally achieve a temperature eight to ten degrees higher than the average daytime outdoor temperature. The pool area features a hot tub, a waterfall, and an outdoor solar shower. You will also find a pleasant summer lounge area with six sun loungers, as well as a 13 m² covered terrace combined with a 12 m² bioclimatic pergola, featuring a large table for dining by the barbecue.

Lovely Villa in a great location, 13 minutes walk from the huge beach, 8 minutes from the supermarket. Near plenty of restaurants, boat hire, pharmacy etc.Pool was great and plenty of space for eating outside. Very highly recommended.

Had a most fabulous time at the villa. Greeted by Dominique who was friendly, knowledgeable and very flexible as we arrived a little later than planned due to taxi issues. Great location to access the beach and other amenities with no hills making it great for children’s buggies and walks with small children or elderly. Villa is beautiful, modern and spacious. The pool is deceptively larger than it appears in photos and with the jacuzzi settings and water features a great way to relax after a long day. Those traveling with small children or toddlers will need to be vigilant though. The open plan nature of the kitchen and living room opening up to the pool area makes it easy for children to access the pool without any barriers. BBQ is large and can easily cater for a large family in a single sitting. Be mindful that when booking villa if ordering bedding linen, you will need to make your own bed on arrival. We also had to spend a little extra on tea towels, cleaning products and baking trays as we ate in as a family. But that was not a problem and our personal choice. I would thoroughly recommend this villa if you’re looking for a peaceful family getaway. We’ll be coming back I have no doubt!
