A beautiful, spacious, and fully renovated modern villa featuring stylish, high-quality décor and reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling). It is situated in a quiet neighborhood just 650 meters from the beach and is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
Includes an outdoor 5-person Jacuzzi.
The single-level section features a 60 m² air-conditioned living room with a large flat-screen Smart TV (digital terrestrial and international channels), Wi-Fi, and a 140 cm sofa bed, alongside a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Also on the ground floor is a large air-conditioned master suite with a 180 cm bed (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, and toilet), plus a separate guest toilet.
The first floor, accessible via an internal staircase in the living area, comprises four bedrooms:
Two large air-conditioned master suites, each with a 180 cm bed (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).
One of these suites is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV (digital terrestrial, satellite, and international channels).

Outside, you will find a large, sunny swimming pool (9.50 m x 3.00 m, 1.60 m deep) heated by a heat pump from April to October. The outdoor area includes a pleasant lounge space, sun loungers, and a 13 m² covered terrace featuring a large table for evening meals by the barbecue. The pool is equipped with a whirlpool feature, a waterfall, and an outdoor solar shower. The pool is heated (from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October). The heat pump activates when the temperature drops below 28°C, though this depends on the weather; the water temperature is generally about eight to ten degrees higher than the average daytime outdoor temperature.

There is on-site parking for two vehicles within the fully enclosed villa grounds, as well as free street parking.
