About this villa rental
The beautiful Villa Tequila is a new, spacious, and modern property featuring stylish, high-end design and reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling). It is located in a quiet neighborhood just 650 meters from the beach and is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
An outdoor 5-person Jacuzzi is included.
The ground floor features an air-conditioned 60 m² living room with a large flat-screen Smart TV (DTT and international channels), fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a 140 cm sofa bed, alongside a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Also on the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned master suite with a 180 cm bed (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, and toilet), plus a separate guest toilet.
The first floor, accessible via an internal staircase in the living room, comprises four bedrooms:
Two large, air-conditioned master suites with 180 cm beds (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and en-suite bathrooms (shower, sink, and toilet).
One of these suites is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV (satellite receiver for DTT and international channels).
Two air-conditioned bedrooms with 180 cm beds (two 90 cm beds).
A separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.
Outside, you will find a large, sunny swimming pool (9.50 m x 3.00 m, 1.60 m deep), an outdoor shower, a pleasant summer lounge area with six sun loungers, a 13 m² bioclimatic covered terrace featuring the Jacuzzi, and a large table for evening meals by the barbecue.
The pool is heated from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The heat pump kicks in below 28°C, though it depends on the weather...
We gain about eight to ten degrees over the average daytime outdoor temperature.
We can put you in touch with people for babysitting, meals, and cleaning services during your stay.
Parking for 2–3 vehicles is available within the fully enclosed property.
The garage is not available for tenant use.

Dominique was fantastic spoke English and was able to give lots of advice and information about the area. She was exceptionally helpful and sorted our transfer taxis for us too. Loved the area restaurants market walking was easy and flat. Mini golf only a few meters away Pool and hot tub all great.all enjoyed the holiday and will definitely book for next year.
