Apartment modern. Staff very friendly. But felt it could have been a higher standard of cleanliness.

Great location. Perfect for a very last minute booking.

The place is great and good value. The host is very accomodating and Laura (the staff incharge) is amazing (very helpful

No rugs, even outside the bathroom. Some drunken fools outside could be really noisy, revving their motorcycles or cars so loudly so late at night or early morning.

Absolutely Shocking

Where do I start? After driving around looking for a sign for a long time we had to get out and walk around. No sign. Only by ringing were we instructed to collect keys from the local shop. Very odd. The lad in the shop was nice enough, led us to our adequate but massively overpriced room, explained the tv didn't work and left. We then realised the curtains were set up so it was impossible to close them unless we had taken the lot off the rails and put them back on again. As for requesting a 'quiet night', we had a knock on the door first thing in the morning by the police who were investigating a disturbance from the night before (we heard nothing), so we had to be interviewed as soon as we opened our eyes. Not recommended.

Poor

Apartment was newly decor and clean can't fault and lovely staff but other wise very poor conditions

Tv never worked was made to take one of wall and put another up our selves ... washer door was broken ... freezer door came off in our hand .... And the room was really hot but could not open window as when we tried the whole thing hanged off only be in held on with 2 screws at top hinge which is not safe knowing we had a 4 year old with us

AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME.

Avoid booking this accommodation at all costs. They tried to scam us. I booked with them via booking.com and then received an email later saying they were fully booked and so we couldn't stay there. So I went back online and booked another accommodation. They then waited until midnight of the day we were travelling to send an email saying they now have a room for us and to check in at the normal time. Which was obviously too late as I had already booked somewhere else due to them cancelling the booking. They then refused to refund me. So I then had to contact my credit card company who quite rightly said this was fraud and would dispute the payment to them. It was obvious that they had been fully booked prior to the date of our stay and they then had a cancellation so tried to make some extra cash by trying to make me pay for the room that someone else had cancelled. For obvious reasons would not book here again.

Very poor

Location is very good as very central in Cleethorpes. The bed was comfy.

Very grubby, old, looked like very old 2nd hand furniture, no toiletries when advertised as included, not even soap to wash hands in the bathroom. Other people's food left in cupboards, 1 mug to drink out of for 2 people. We felt that someone had just moved out of their bedroom for the night for us . Apparently 1 parking space for the whole of apartments even though advertising private parking available. All parking around is for 1 hour max. Not worth the £132 for the night (£15 for our dog to stay overnight). Definitely a hotel for us the next time.

It was a lovely apartment, everything you need and I could have happily stayed longer than once night!

it was homely, modern and lovely. Plenty of space and the staff member was so friendly. It’s not far from all the shops and pubs either. This will definitely be my go to stay when I need to visit ☺️

I struggled to park due to arriving in the afternoon, however when I arrived they informed me I could’ve parked outside the shop so I’ll know that for next time!

Burburry Appartments

Nothing it was an awful experience

After upgrading given the wrong room. Got room sorted to find some one elses bags in the room and their food in the fridge. Management took a long time to decide if we had paid for the upgrade and what room to give us. Check out was a joke...the shop below the appartment serves as reception. Check out on Sunday....big sign on shop says Sunday open 09.00....shop not open.....called manager to tell me ...shop not open until 10.00......put key in lock box and had key deposit refunded later in the day. A totally bad and expensive experience
