please stay away

There was nothing positive about this stay. It was unacceptable and felt inhumane to rent out a place in this condition. The property was not fit for guests, and I would not recommend staying here.

There was nothing good about this stay. We had read the previous reviews before booking, but we honestly didn't expect the property to be as bad as it was. 1. Arrival: It was immediately obvious that the apartment had not been cleaned or checked before our arrival. There were wet towels left in the washing machine, and the toilet lights wasn't working. 2. Broken and poorly maintained amenities. Many of the items provided were either broken or unusable. The clock didn't work, the bathroom scale didn't work, the floor lamp was broken, and both fans were broken. The fridge was dirty and had mold inside. There was mold on the bathroom walls, the bathtub panel was loose, and the shower holder was broken and eventually fell off during our stay. One leg of the sofa was broken and was being propped up with a stack of tiles. 3. Cleanliness it appeared that the apartment had not been properly cleaned between guests. There were stains and marks on the cabinets, walls, and light switches throughout the property. The bed linens were so dirty that we removed all of the bedding and were fortunate to borrow clean sheets from friends. The balcony was also dirty, with a broken chair and an old pair of shoes left behind. The main door to the apartment have a hole in it. 4. Overall, it felt as though the host had little regard for their guests or the condition of the property. Based on our experience, I believe this listing falls well below the standards that guests should be able to expect. I hope Booking.com investigates this property and considers removing it from the platform until these issues have been properly addressed

If the cleaning fee was actually utilized for cleaning, it would have been an excellent stay.

Lots of beds and rooms. It came with towels. Pretty good location and close to bus.

The bathroom was extremely dirty and the ceiling had black mold on it as well as the corners of the wall. The mold was literally in every corner of the bathroom. There was hair in the tub when we arrived. The floor of the general apartment was dusty and dirty and didn’t look cleaned. The couch was dirty and there was trash on the floor (tissues and bottles on the floor). The towels and sheets were dirty. The rugs had crumbs on it. The showers wouldn’t get hot either. There were very few amenities provided, including toilet paper and shower soap. The wifi password provided was incorrect even though the host said it was correct. We eventually found the correct password on the router though. The bathroom window wouldn’t close either.
