Situated in Solana Beach, this lovely condo for $481 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautiful, well-provisioned 2-story condo. Two bedroom, 2 baths on ground floor, along with full-sized LG washer & dryer. Upstairs is full of light with open floor plan, soaring vaulted ceiling, living room, dining room, fully provisioned kitchen, balcony (with futon) and large high-end BBQ grill. Office and half bath upstairs. Kitchen is well-provisioned with everything you need!! Ceiling fans in every room. Entire condo has been beautifully updated. Stone shower in master with lots of pressure from the shower-head, bathtub in second bathroom, amazing porch and balcony to listen to the tranquil ocean, gas fireplace with blower, granite countertops in kitchen, heat in every room. Feel the ocean breeze while being only 68 steps from the securely gated side entry to the stairs, leading down to the ocean. Black-out curtains in master bedroom. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the patio. Blinds in both rooms. Beautiful art throughout. TVs have TONS of channels and apps, including: Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, ESPN, HBO, STARZ, Movie Channels, Encore, Showtime, Cinemax and more! Complex has pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts. Within a quarter mile and easy walking to the best restaurants in town; Cedros Art District; the farmers market on Sunday; the world famous Belly Up performance bar; spas, massage, wine, bars, health, clubs, bike rentals, CVS, drugstore, the Horse track/Fairgrounds and much much more. We do our best to recycle. Separate bins provided. All of California is under water restrictions so please be mindful of running water. 2 dogs maximum allowed. $150 per dog per stay. Sorry no cats (allergies). No smoking cigarettes/cigars on property (inside or out). No parties unless approved by host. Any poop left on patio will add an additional $50 fee.

We had a lovely vacation at the Sanctuary. Very close to the beach and the shops and restaurants in Solana Beach and convenient to San Diego. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. It is also quiet and private. There are stairs up to the kitchen and dining room so renters should keep that in mind. We had a wonderful stay!

My family and I had the chance to enjoy a wonderful stay in Solano at this condo. We had an amazing time enjoying the beach just a short walk away as well as time in the pool and hot tub. The condo was comfortable and we loved being able to come back and cook and relax. We would recommend it to others coming to the area!

Our trip was wonderful; the location of the property and the condo were perfect for our trip. Loved the decor ; plenty of space ; comfortable beds . And felt very safe. Walkable to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again

Loved the space here and all the amenities you would want. It is sort of a puzzle getting in due to the way details are sent in and email and also a PDF attachment. But all the info is detailed and complete! Ample shower towels/bath towels but maybe add a couple more beach towels. There are lots of stairs to walk to the beach so that could be a problem for anyone with any walking issues. (Equal to a five story building). Also the gate to go out to the beach smelled like pee all the time probably from dogs going as soon as they leave the gate since you aren’t allowed to let your pet go to the bathroom inside the condo complex areas. But loved taking our dog to the beach before 8am - she loved it. There are a lot of plants on the patio too and so coming and going was tight- sorry if some of the growing stems got broken off- it was unavailable. Great beach chairs and blanket. No shade for beach so plan to bring your own. House was really well equipped with all the kitchen and bathroom stuff - needs more shampoo and conditioner and soaps in the shower is all. This place is very nicely decorated and I don’t think it’s great for small kids. Many things for them to break. But for adults and older kids it’s very nice. Thanks again for a great stay!

With lots of room to hang out with my mid 20s kids, the condo complex is beautifully planted and just off a walkway to the beach. To push up the awesome factor, just a short walk got us to plenty of restaurants. The ocean front has a lifeguard station at the bottom of the stairs, a great thing for young families, and the water temp was 68-69F. So civilized to drink a cappuccino and then dive through the break.

We went for a short family trip to the beach and it was everything we looked for. Easy to walk to the beach, easy to walk to town, easy to get local coffee (try Achilles - a 6 minute walk away). If we were going to Solana again, this is where we would stay - no, looking for other spots.

This condo is very stylish and comfortable and has all the amenities you would want. Great location and although no direct view you can listen to the sound of the waves. Very professional customer service and prompt communication and problem solving when needed. Staying in summer the condo was quite warm during the night so if you are a cold sleeper than just have your expectations set if you hit a hot week like we did. There are many fans provided and ceiling fans in the room to help. Overall a smart choice for a beach vacation with adults or families.

Elana was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay, providing us rackets for the tennis court and gear for the ocean. The condo itself was beautiful and in a perfect location. Overall, we had a great stay!
