Outstanding Location - Come Relax and Stay at the Beach

I really enjoyed my stay here, the space was extremely clean, and the host was very responsive and accommodating to needs and questions. I loved the convenient location - literally 5 minutes from everything in Encinitas including the beach, downtown, botanical gardens, grocery stores, walking path, and an easy jump on the freeway if you are exploring the area. The backyard patio was a really nice private space to eat breakfast, read, and drink coffee. I cook a lot, and found the kitchen to be well equipped with everything I needed to cook simple meals. If you happen to be a travel nurse at Scripps Encinitas, this would be the absolute perfect location as the hospital is just a short walk away (I was here between contracts on vacation, but would have loved to stay here if I was on an assignment in the area). The only downside for me was not having laundry, but there was a Laundromat in the nearby shopping center.

Very clean inside and also in the patio/courtyard area. The unit feels very new and quite secure. The host is excellent - very helpful and communicative. Good freeway access and a very short drive to grocery, downtown Encinitas and the beach. I would readily recommend this unit for singles or couples (due to the size of the ADU).

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy Cardiff/Encinitas property! Traveling with two young kids under 10, the setup was ideal—clean, neat, and well-organized. The pull-out couch was comfortable for the kids, and the outdoor play area was a big hit.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and very family-friendly, making it a perfect base for our summer adventures.A special shoutout to the host, who was incredibly responsive and offered great hospitality throughout our stay. This spot was exactly what we needed, and we’d happily return!
