We love the staff, their quick responses to anything you need, knowledge and familiarity with the area overall great hospitality. Been coming for decades because of location, awesome pool and relaxed atmosphere. Love the rooms. We love how pet friendly they are.
This was the first year (over decades of coming to Riviera) that the landscaping looked pretty bad/unkempt. Things were really in need of maintenance around the pool and property. Also cleaning crew were a thumbs down this time.

I wish I had somewhere to hang clothes. Rooms are small but cozy.

The location was excellent! We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. Great restaurant across the street. Pool was very nice and super clean. The room was very clean as well. It is bare bones, but we didn’t eat much. The only thing that we did not have was a coffee maker, which was disappointing and we had to drive to Sheetz for coffee.

Location
The carpeting is very dirty, just really needs deep rug shampooing/bathroom floor was the same/ just needs to be scrubbed. Bathtub also needs to be scrubbed
