Bed was comfortable
Upon check in, the front desk attendant gave us the wrong room so we had to go back downstairs and have him put us in a room with 2 beds matching the reservation I made. Once we got into our room we noticed crumbs all over the floor, hair on the pillows, a broken toilet seat and a tub that wouldn't drain. Also the thermostat kept resetting itself back to 72 degrees and the whole room felt damp. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was so watered down and tasted like nothing. The outside of the building looked a little run down and the landscaping definitely needed some work. For a place that had such good reviews, I was not impressed. We did not use the pool.
