Waste of money

Booked because of the pool. Pool was closed and could not get a refund

Nice Staff. Clean. Finishing up some nice upgrades. Would stay again.

Elevator was a really slow but that’s really searching for a negative.

No communication with their guests

The hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were very large.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite because we were having a girls night but the hotel was having renovations and they didn’t let us know that until after we had paid and after the cancellation period was past. They switched us into (2) one bedroom suites which was not ideal because the whole point of why we booked the 2 bedroom suite was to all be together. And, they didn’t offer any sort of refund or discount.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would revisit this hotel again.

Our suites were exactly what we were looking for and more with having a large family. The staff were very nice and helpful. The Breakfast was very good. Quite a variety of items to choose from.

Our microwave in the one suite did not work. The couches/pullout beds could be have been more comfortable.

Family visit.

Wonderful breakfast! Spacious two bedroom suite worked out perfect for our family, loved having two bathrooms!!

Needed a few more kitchen items like pots and pans.

Very pleasant trip

The suite was large and very clean , plenty of room and it was stocked with everything we needed . The staff was very friendly and helpful .

The cost was a lot higher than other hotels in the area .

Fantastic stay

This was an amazing place to stay with our family that included a toddler! The breakfast was amazing, the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family! It was exceptionally clean and staff was friendly!

Night staff lady horrible. No sheets, again comforter or pillows for the sofa bed. No extra blankets. No hair dryer in each bathroom. No complimentary mouthwash or the opportunity to buy it from hotel. We will never stay at this hotel again. Hotel not worth price! Don't know how hotel earned 4.5 stars.

When showering in one bathroom water would go everywhere due to it was a handicap bathroom. It made us worry we would be charged if we could wipe it up with towels given to us. Of course night clerk more towels either due to no key to housekeeping.

The location is very convenient

The bed was uncomfortable. Having to ask for our bed to be made and fresh towels almost defeats the idea of paying for hotel service. The small details matter, and our room looked thrown together. With many options around the area...Hilton needs to step it up, especially given the pricepoint.

Location was wonderful. Close to shopping

Kept up 2 nights with a dog barking all night in the next room. Apparently when a hotel is pet friendly there is nothing they can do about it.
