Good location. A great price. Room was bigger than expected.
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast selection was small.

Location in Erie. Easy to enter and exit
More seating area in dinning area, relocate garbage container in dining room away from table. Need garbage container outside building at rear door and parking lot, resident cleaned out there car and left it at rear of building and in parking lot.
Room had a very strong musty smell, maybe mold smell.. it was difficult to control heating and cooling. Outdoor ground spot light shinned in room and curtain did stay closed to block light..

The location, the check in staff were friendly,
Room was dirty, curtains had stains, AC unit was dirty, the pipes were loud, the room had a smell and the floors were very dirty.
When attempting to check out the staff were having long conversations in the office audible in the lobby, but when attempting to call their attention multiple times, was ignored at the front desk.
